Responsible for the establishment and operation management of SOC (Security Operation Center), including:

1. Responsible for SOC team building, system& tools selection and strategy&rule formulation;
负责SOC团队的搭建，系统工具的选型，规则策略的制定；
2. Responsible for SOC solution deployment, daily maintenance, upgrade and optimization, etc.;
负责对SOC相关解决方案的部署、日常维护、升级、修复、优化等；
3. Responsible for emergency responses and traceability analysis of various security incidents and provide with reports and solutions;
负责各种安全事件的应急处置和溯源分析，并输出应急响应报告和解决方案；
4. Responsible for manpower arrangement of SOC team, including shift arrangement, emergency arrangement, optimization, etc.;
负责对SOC团队的人力安排，包括轮班安排、应急安排，人力优化等；
5. Responsible for optimizing the audit strategy of SOC to improve efficiency;
负责对安全运营中心平台审核策略优化，提升审核效率；
6. Responsible for optimizing the rules of SOC to improve the accuracy of audit;
负责对安全运营中心平台规则优化，提升审核准确；
7. Communicate closely with customers/users and global teams and give some suggestions on SOC operation and management.
与客户/用户以及海外团队密切沟通，对SOC运营状况提出建议.
Requirements岗位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science/cyber security and at least 5 years of IT professional experience (including experience in controlling and operations).
计算机科学/网络安全专业硕士学位，至少5年IT专业经验(包括品控和运维经验)。
2. Familiar with information security architecture, with the ability to provide information security consulting services and training.
熟悉信息安全架构，具备提供信息安全咨询服务及培训的能力。
3. Have practical experience in SOC operation, such as security scenario planning and optimization, security response incident handling，Familiar with major SOC platforms and SIEM tools.
具有SOC运营实操经验，如安全场景规划和优化，安全响应事件处置，熟悉主流的SOC平台和主流SIEM工具。
4. Experience in project management of at least 2 projects over 6 months each with a team strength of at least 5 people - Strong customer and service orientation, teamwork and leadership skills .
至少2个项目的项目管理经验，每个项目超过6个月，团队规模至少为5人较强的客户和服务导向，团队合作和领导能力。
5. Experience as a CISO/DPO or equivalent position an advantage.
有CISO/DPO或同等职位经验者优先考虑。
6. Language: Excellent English spoken and written skill.
