Describe the main duties and responsibilities of the position:
1. Funding/Financing & Financial Institutions (“FIs”) Management
1) Work with internal stakeholders (including but not limited to Commercial,
Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, Compliance etc.) to identify and analyze funding
and relevant financial needs, evaluate potential implications (if any) and
recommend applicable solutions;
2) Work with external FIs (banks, brokers, insurance company etc.) on
facility lines and applicable financial solutions, negotiate terms as adhere to
group/regional standard, monitor execution/utilization and identify potential
issues (if any);
3) Act as the main contact point for banks and other FIs for inquiry(ies) and
adequate/sound service; monitor the market liquidity situation (banking sector,
money market, debt capital markets etc.) to avoid any liquidity risk; stay
up-to-date with market evolution to drive intelligence and apply suitable
solutions to the company all the time;
4) Responsible for the correct recording/reporting of Facility(ies) status as
per group policy.
2. Corporate Finance and Capital Management
1) Formulate and roll-out corporate finance analysis model to all regional
entities in scope, work with internal stakeholders (Accounting, FP&A, Tax etc.)
to arrive at optimized corporate structure, fine-tuned capitalization/dividend
strategy and disciplined finance management, responsible for periodic review
for treasury/capital planning purposes;
2) Work with internal stakeholders (Field Finance, BDM&A etc.) to monitor
operational efficiency and capital planning of plants, JV(s), and new
investment(s) to ensure full adherence to group/regional standard and guidance;
3) Stay abreast of funding cost and project internal cost of funding
according to market’s liquidity, work with controlling team to determine cost
of funding/capital and project internal ongoing funding cost to business and
ensure application of the internal interest allocation methodology
4) Work with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Execution, Risk etc.) to
review business process, identify areas for improvement and implement practical
control mechanism to constantly improve the Company’s credit profile.
3. FX / Commodities price Risk Management
1) Work with Platforms on commodity hedging, to maintain and develop
available market lines (OTC/FX) with financial institutions and stay up-to-date
of market best practice and/or alternatives;
2) Work with Global Market team on FX risk management and actively look at
hedging alternatives to minimize hedging cost, follow on onshore regulatory
evolution to ensure smooth operation/settlement;
3) Provide treasury support to Platforms on novel business needs and/or
ad-hoc requests.

Additional Information:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance or a
business-related area.
Experience: 8 years’ experience or above in corporate treasury and/or banking
industry, solid knowledge in financial institutions, prior experience in global
market and commodities would be a plus
Required Skills (Must have):
* Solid treasury and banking knowledge and experience with analytical skills
