Act as finance representative for future developments and the key responsibility as:
Business Control
1. Daily and weekly track on order and sales status.
2. Lead and preparation of annual budget, rolling forecasts.
3. Analysis comments and follow up on actual results and forecasts.
4. Monitor and control A&S spending to ensure A&S is in line with business requirement and forecast.
5. Provide tools for a standardized way of working to meet business requirement.
6. Preparation and validation of business cases and investment proposals.
7. Business partnering with commercial team.
8. Responsible for working capital management ( DSO/AR)
9. Lead collection process to safeguard AR KPI and working capital.
10. Monitor and control customer credit limit.
11. Lead and monitor goods delivery to ensure sales/revenue can be recognized timely
12. Other Ad-hoc support for commercial.
Internal control and Compliance
1. Lead both internal and external audit project.
2. Work with management team to document, test, evaluate and improve internal controls.
3. Review business partner compliance risk to ensure global compliance requirement been fully implemented.
4. Responsible for implementation of global compliance requirement been implemented.
Minimum Requirements:
* 3 or more year's of experience in a similar position.
* University Finance or Business administration related area of disciplines.
* Speak, read, and write English fluently.
* Ability to travel domestically and overseas to attend training, meetings, conferences.
