Job Summary:
Working as a trusted advisor to large multinational FMCG companies, you will be required to work directly with clients to understand their issues, analyse consumer behaviour data, generate actionable marketing insights, explain and present your findings to the management team of clients. Applicants should have a strong analytical ability and be highly inquisitive in marketing consultancy.
Job specification:
You will work with an account manager to:
? Prepare analysis on the latest market trend and consumer purchasing behaviour;
? Present the findings and recommendations to clients;
? Independently handle the day-to-day requests from clients;
? With increasing experience, you are encouraged to be involved more in probing and collecting client needs and building trusted relationships with clients so as to generate more business.
We expect that you will also contribute to improving work flows and bringing new ideas to create innovative and distinctive services, as well as sharing your knowledge and experience with new team members.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; majored in Economics, Business, Marketing, Management, Statistics, Sociology, Finance, Psychology or other relevant subjects.
2. 2 years experience in market research. Research or marketing experience in FMCG industry is a plus.
3. Strong multitasking abilities, detail oriented, superior problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills;
4. Professional attitude and service orientation; superb team player;
5. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written), confident and clear presenter.
6. Good at Excel and PPT skills.
