Mission/Position Headline:Our Mission is to improve the overall success of
Siemens Healthineers worldwide business operations and processes and provide
independent, factual, unbiased assurance to Siemens Healthineers Managing Board
and Audit Committee. As a business partner to Siemens Healthineers executive
management, we leverage our expertise in a wide range of topics in order to
create an impact that drives change with improved financial results.
Areas of Responsibilities: ? Lead audit preparations to ensure that all risks
and controls are identified.? Represent SHS A within Siemens Healthineers,
solidifying SHS A as a trusted business advisor and help manage risks for the
company.? Review team’s findings in audit practices, providing feedback to
ensure accurate reporting to the client.? Prepare and contribute in facts
clearance and alignment with client.? Ensure constant communication to the Hub
Lead.? Prepare and contribute in closing meetings with management, presenting
findings, conclusions and recommended improvements.? Follow up continuously and
monitor the delivery of recommended improvements and evaluate the results.?
Provide constructive performance feedback to all team members after the
engagement.? Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Experience:? At least 6-8 years of professional experience within a global
corporation, law firm or ‘Big Four’ business advisory practice ? Strong
preference towards candidates that have worked in an international business
setting ? General Project Management expertise in a complex global organization?
Strong experience and knowledge in one or more of the following key areas: -
Compliance/Forensic- IT audit- Financial Reporting- Controlling
- Internal Control
- Foreign corrupt practices act
- Internal audit - Healthcare regulatory compliance
- Antitrust
- Export controls and customs
Education:? Strong academic history, including a degree in finance,
accounting, business, law or comparable from an accredited university
