Main Responsibility
● Responsible for establishing and maintaining the relationship with the financial department, keeping close contact with the financial department, understanding the informatization goals and plans of the financial department, transferring information such as IT capabilities and resources to the financial department, and establishing trust and cooperation through communication.
● Responsible for analyzing financial problems, timely responding to operational and issue raised by financial parties, coordinating internal and external resources to promote problem closure.
● Understand deeply financial daily work, work closely with financial partners, establish a reasonable and effective analysis system, give effective suggestions and promote the implementation of solutions, and deeply support financial decision-making and process management.
● Clarify the operation mode and business finance module process and develop and participate in finance digital solutions to drive finance digital transformation.
● Participate in system design of finance modules, review important operation and technical solutions, and actively make suggestions or proposals.
● Cooperate with finance department in depth to assist comprehensive budget and cost management.
● Responsible for the project implementation, management and O&M support of financial cost control, reporting, indirect procurement, and financial planning modules.
● Responsible for connecting with Global financial budgeting system.
Role Specific Competencies：
● Bachelor’s Degree; Computer Science,Finance or related field
● Finance or computer related majors, familiar with financial expertise; more than 5 years of financial digitalization related work experience; lead a team as project manager for at least 2 complete projects.
● Experience in financial shared service design (implementation experience is preferred, e.g., financial cost management system, Oracle Hyperion system, Oracle EPM etc.)
● Familiar with Oracle Hyperion, budget and cost management , SAP FICO and other finance related systems, with experience in connecting with user requirements.
● Experienced in multi-tasking and dedicated in job duties; with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and able to agilely pinpoint and resolve problems.
● Familiar with Oracle, SQLServer, MySQL database, familiar with SQL language is preferred.
● Strong learning and project management skills.
● Proficient English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
