Specific duties and responsibilities:
1.Be central contact in Asia for all support topics, demands and project activities in regards to logistic or finance/controlling applications. Prioritize requirements from the region.
2.Act as a window through which the business function views Brose SAP systems. Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentation and instruction to internal customers.
3.Responsible for the successful delivery of projects in terms of scope, deliverables, timeline, budget and customer satisfaction. Manage internal and external teams in system design, customizing, validation and implementation. Evaluate and control risks in whole project phase.
4.Manage projects and solutions according to Brose standards and guidelines, ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
5.Think of optimization, identify potential opportunities and design limited process schemas to improve efficiency and productivity in the region.
6.Act as liaison with key-users for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze and solve software problems.
7.Ensure the availability of all productive logistic, finance or controlling applications. This includes 3rd level support for the SAP production system, in case of an unpredictable system failure.
8.Create training documents. Provide on the job training within the team. Ensures advice, training and guidance for SAP key users.
Specialized knowledge and skills:
1.3 to 5 years of SAP consulting experience, not only for a single SAP module but with experience between different SAP modules, e.g. SD, MM and CO.
2.At least one SAP PA certificate.
3.Ability to lead and work in teams, ability to make accountable decisions and drive for deliverables.
4.Strong analytical and process design skills.
5.Fast problem solving ability to fix problems with critical impact on business processes of other departmements and whole plants.
6.Strong interpersonal skills, motivated, eager to learn, and able to motivate others.
7.Work independently with little to no supervision.
8.Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
9.Good command of English language, German is preferable.
