Responsibilities
The Financial Analyst provides analytical and financial support for Supply Chain cost management.
? Create visibility of end-to-end CPU and provide insights to drive cost efficiency and productivity saving
? Support rolling forecast, budget and long range planning upon business scenarios
? Prepare monthly CPU performance dashboard and deep dive on variances to identify the key drivers
? Develop business case to justify the investment and payback
? Refresh the investment portfolio package to facilitate the milestone review
Key requirements
? Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
? 3 years+ of work experience in FP&A, costing analysis and Supply Chain industry are referred
? Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision
? Good team player with a can-do attitude and focus on a Win-Win philosophy and result driven.
? Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint), PowerBI & Tableau are plus, familiar with SAP
? Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
