JD:
1.Undertake scientific searches on pharmacology/ biology and then evaluate information for drug discovery projects. Propose, evaluate, and validate potential drug targets.
2.Be responsible for biochemical / cell biological study design, assay development / validation, MOA elucidation in drug discovery projects.
3.Drive projects of discovery and preclinical development of therapeutic drugs from target research to IND stage.
4.Be responsible for preparation and presentation of nonclinical pharmacology sections of IND documents.
5.Effectively collaborate with internal functions to achieve the objective of drug discovery project.

Requirements
1.Ph.D. with 2+ years industry experience in drug discovery and development, with expertise in immunology, oncology, metabolic disease or relevant field.
2.A strong desire for success in novel drug discovery.
3.Successful drug discovery/IND experience in a reputable pharm/biotech company is preferred.
4.Strong communication skills, both oral and written, in Chinese and English. With a mature, self-confident and well-balanced personality.
