1.Coordinate with other departments to accomplish the work.
在职能经理领导下,和各部门密切配合完成工作;
2.Abide by the regulations of the company as benchmark.
严格遵守公司各项规章制度,起到表率作用;
3.Support line mgr. to make the sales plan.
协助职能经理制定销售计划;
4.Make the proposal of sales plan, to conduct the plan after the confirmation of line mgr.
负责所辖区域的销售计划的前期制定及洽谈,并向经理汇报审核,由经理确认后执行;
5.Recruit and manage the sales staff in certain region.
所辖销售人员的招募,选择,调配;
6.Conduct the sales strategic, evaluate the sales performance and lead team to reach the sales target.
销售业绩考察评估,严格执行所辖区域销售策略,确保所辖区域达成销售目标;
7.Set up and maintain the relations with the leaders of department stores, shopping mall or other channels.
建立并维护所辖区域的百货店,购物中心等渠道的管理层客户关系;
8.Daily management of counters.
负责所辖区域的日常店铺管理,贯彻及执行公司要求,保障达到公司制定的店铺标准;
9.Set up and manage the sales team.
所辖区域销售团队的建设;
10.Inventory control.
对所辖区域实行货品安全管理,对所辖区域货品安全负责;
11.Select the competitor’s sales data and other marketing information, make out the reaction plan together with line mgr.
负责所辖区域的市场稳定,掌握其他竞争品牌的市场发展情况,并及时向经理汇报,并与经理一起制定对策;
12.Accounts receivable management.
财务管理,防止所辖区域的滞后货款发生,确保帐款回收;
13. Finish other tasks assigned by line mgr.
完成上级交办的其他任务。
要求:
1. Above Bachelor degree, sales & marketing majority will be a plus
本科以上学历,市场营销专业尤佳
2. At least 2 years’ field sales management experience in durable consumer goods or apparels.
二年以上一线零售销售管理的工作经验(耐用消费品、服装行业尤佳)
3. Good coordination skill and planning / operation skill
具有出色的市场拓展及组织管理能力,较强的策划与运作能力
4. Familiar with Shanghai market and its further trends
熟悉上海及其周边地区的市场现状及发展趋势
5. Good communication skill, passion and open-minded
具有卓越的沟通能力,热情,富有感染力和亲和力
6. Willing to meet challenge, problem-solve ability independently, conscientious
愿意接受挑战,具备独立解决问题能力,有强烈的责任心
7. Familiar with Microsoft Office
熟练操作Office软件
