Responsibilities:
1. Accounting Processing:
(1) Responsible for timely and accurate entry and processing of vendor invoices, bills and other related financial documents in SAP.
(2) Ensure the correctness of accounts payable vouchers, timely reconcile accounts and ensue the accuracy of finance statements.
2. Payment Management:
(1) Monitor the vendor payment cycle to ensure timely payments of accounts payable in accordance with company policies and contract conditions.
(2) Ensure the compliance of the payment process and handle various payment matters prudently.
3. Reconciliation and Coordination:
(1) Regularly reconcile supplier statements, resolve accounting discrepancies and address any outstanding issues.
(2) Collaborate closely with internal departments to resolve accounts payable-related issues, ensuring effective communication.
4. Vendor Communication:
(1) Maintain close contact with vendors or employees, answer accounting-related inquiries, and coordinate the resolution of potential payment issues.
(2) Establish and maintain vendor files, ensuring timely updates of information.

5. Reporting and Analysis:
(1) Provide reports related to accounts payable, assisting management in understanding the financial situation.
(2) Analyze accounting data, make improvement suggestions and optimize payment and accounting processes.

Qualifications:
1. Relevant educational background in finance or accounting, with a bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Over 5 years of experience in AP accounting field, SAP skill will be a plus
3. Accounting certificate
4. English, Fluent in both written and oral
5. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, SAP, or oracle Preferred.
