RESPONSIBILITIES：
• Supervise tax filing and compliance for local team including direct tax, indirect tax, other corporate taxes and individual income tax.
• Explore tax savings opportunities in daily supervision of tax operation and develop feasible solutions for tax optimization.
• Identify tax risks, provide solutions to mitigate risks and conduct follow-up of corrective action plans on previously identified tax issues.
• Able to interact with hotel management levels with excellent communication skills.
• Work with hotels to defend tax bureau’s challenges, queries and inspections.
• Work with hotel finance to develop acceptable solutions to address issues or gaps identified and follow-up with hotel finance to ensure remediation is implemented.
• Support Group Tax on business initiatives, tax projects, development of tax control and data analytics.
• Maintain an awareness of new tax rules and best market practices.
• Deliver tax trainings and improve the knowledge level for local team.
• Other duties as assignment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS：
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting / Finance / Business Management or related disciplines.
• Candidate with professional certification such as CPA, CTA, or equivalent standard is preferred.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in tax or accounting field. Background from Hospitality industry or accounting firms strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fast learner with a willing attitude, resilience and a team player with strong work ethic.
