职位概要: Job Summary

ERP Project Manager is mainly responsible for requirement gathering, designing and implementing enterprise resources planning system, mainly related to Dynamics 365 ERP solution. This position also involves providing professional solution advisory related to Production, Trading and Services processes to customers.

Demo and explain how we can help clients
○ 财务,采购,销售,库存, 项目管理和生产等模块的咨询及实施工作
Implementation and consulting work related to Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, Project and Production modules
○ 和开发团队及业务部门合作,对客户需求进行行业特点评估并提出解决方案
Work with development team to provide solutions according to their industry and business characters
○ 项目管理,尤其是项目进度,资源和工作范围管理
Project management, especially on the project timeline, resources and work scope management
○ 上线后的支持管理
Post-live support management

● 其他任务
Other Duties

○ 执行上级分配的与应用系统相关的任务和特殊项目
Implement special projects and duties relating to information system as directed by supervisor
○ 作为公司内部职员,对管理层提出工作相关的意见建议
As an employee of the company, provide suggestions and opinions to the management level of the company
○ 酌情参予相关活动(资源现场,客户培训等)
Participate in related events, as appropriate (resource on-site, client training, etc.)


工作要求 Job Requirements

● 专业技能
Professional Skills

○ Knowledge of Dynamics 365/SAP/Oracle implementation about Finance, Purchasing, Sales and distribution, Inventory and Production related modules
○ Knowledge of Dynamics 365/SAP/Oracle implementation about Project Management and Accounting modules
○ Technical and functional knowledge of the Dynamics 365/SAP/Oracle product and supporting Microsoft Technologies including SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint and Visual Studio Pro
○ Can make requirement documents and demonstrate to clients how the business process can be reflected in the system
○ Strong analytical ability, can communicate with customers in English
○ Knowledge and experience with data migration/integration
○ Ability to work both individually and as part of a team

Other Skills
○ Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications
○ Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
○ Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills

教育背景 Educational Background

○ 学士或本科毕业或同等工作经验
Bachelor degree or job experience providing similar skills
○ 计算机,管理信息系统及财务相关专业
Computer Science, MIS and Accounting related majors

经验 Experience

○ 至少5年以上的Dynamics 365/SAP/Oracle贸易或生产行业实施经验
At least 5 years’ experience of trading or production industry implementation in Dynamics 365/SAP/Oracle
○ 持Dynamics365相关证书者优先
Dynamics 365 Certifications is a huge plus
○ 有项目管理和核算实施经验优先
Implementation experience with project management and accounting is a huge plus
