Responsible:
Sales planning team is core contact window with Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing and Supply Chain in terms of forecast collection including NPD and BAU,supply review, business insights analysis and also contributes aging stock and OOS(out of stock) management.
Dairy Foods is key strategy category in Brands business which contribute high margin. There will be various new product will launch in FY25 forwards and need planning team to monitor production and supply status.
Sales planning supervisor is responsible for Dairy Foods management in terms of
DFA% achievement
Inventory management, using minimal inventory to maximum fulfill demand
Find out business opportunity and risks and work as partner with sales team
Strong communication skill,responsibility and team spirit
Requirement：
BA Degree and above
5+ years' experience in sales planning or demand planning, food & beverage related experience will be a plus.
Good communication skills， able to persuade others.
Fluent English, able to communicate thoroughly and effectively with foreigners.
