职责描述：

This position will be responsible for AC Compressor development, maintain existing product manufacturing and continuous improvements. 此岗位主要负责汽车空调产品研发，现有产品的技术维护和持续改进。

1. Charge for Air Conditioning and Refrigeration compressor project development, including both product and process design, and validation processing. 主导汽车空调和制冷压缩机产品项目开发, 包括产品设计开发、产品和过程设计和验证流程。
2. Take the lead on the AC product test design and analysis. 主导汽车空调压缩机产品试验设计和试验数据分析。
3. Charge for the AC product, process and fixture continuous improvement. 主导汽车空调压缩机产品、工艺、工装等持续改善。
4. Take the lead or support for AC product the equipmentprocesstooling issue solving plan and final conclusion. 主导或协助公司汽车空调压缩机的设备、工艺、工装技术问题解决方案制定和裁定。
5. Approve all the AC product drawings and process files. 审批所有汽车空调压缩机产品图纸和和过程文件。
6. Take the lead for the AC product new equipment technical review. 主导汽车空调压缩机设备采购和技术方案的制定。
7. Communicate with customers and suppliers concerning technical issues. 与顾客、供应商之间的技术问题沟通。
8. Help the engineers to improve their professional technical capabilities, establish and implement the KPI of AC group. 帮助下属工程师技术能力提升，制定并执行技空调压缩机组绩效目标。
9. Take part in the supplier selection, audit and supplier PPAP approval process. 参与供应商选择、审核和供应商PPAP批准。
10. Delivery and implement the orders from the superiors. 传递并执行上级布置的工作任务。

任职要求：
＞5 years of Engineering experience and 3 years min. department management experience, preferably with a large Tier 1 Automotive Supplier.
5年以上工程师经验以及最少3年以上部门管理经验，有在大型1级汽车零部件公司供职的经验。
＞Experience with automotive quality management systems such as TS 16949
熟悉包括TS16949在内的汽车行业质量管理体系
＞Strong communications, fluent in English and Mandarin.
高超的沟通技巧，普通话及英语沟通顺畅。
＞Demonstrated practical experience in precision mechanical automotive products in Product Development areas (compressors, engines, pumps or turbo chargers ideally).
拥有汽车零部件精密加工企业（压缩机，发动机，泵类零件或涡轮增压类）在产品研发领域的实际操作经历和经验。
＞Ability to lead and manage an Engineering team.
管理和领导工程师团队的经验和能力。
＞Effective and competent organizational and documenting skills required.
具备高效组织工作并书写报告的能力。

Education Required:
＞Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Air Conditioning , Mechanical, Manufacturing preferred)
机械工程相关专业学士学位（空调制冷或机械加工制造专业）
