为区域内的客户/服务工程师/销售提供有关机床售后服务的技术支持。
Provide technical support to customers/service engineers/sales in the region regarding after-sales service of machine tools.
主要任务和职责
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1.向区域客户和现场服务工程师提供维修和维护保养技术支持。
Provide technical support to regional customers and field service engineers for repairs and maintenance.
2.根据区域机床故障的实际需要准备必要的备品备件零件号，并及时通知备件销售助理向给客户报价。主动询问收集客户的潜在备件需求，整理清单通知销售助理报价。
Prepare necessary spare parts part numbers according to the actual needs of machine tool breakdowns in the region and notify the spare parts sales assistants to quote to customers in a timely manner. Take the initiative to ask and collect potential spare parts needs from customers, organize the list and inform the sales assistant to quote.
3.区域现场维修技术总结和共享。
Summarize and share regional field maintenance techniques.
4.培训区域客户和服务工程师。
Training of regional customers and service engineers.
5.建立和更新区域各个客户的疑难故障清单，跟踪长期的机床故障。
Create and update a list of difficult failures for each customer in the region and follow up on long-term machine tool failures.
6.能够同新加坡和日本相关人员一起弄清技术要点，掌握技术知识和完善故障调查方法。
The ability to work with Singaporean and Japanese personnel to clarify technical points, acquire technical knowledge and improve fault investigation methods.
7.本区域服务工程师的人力资源管理，审核服务报告、加班申报、差旅报销等。
Human resource management of service engineers in the region, reviewing service reports, overtime declarations, travel reimbursements, etc.
8.向公司汇报区域内工作情况，执行公司分配的其它任务。
Report to the company on the work in the region and perform other tasks assigned by the company.
职位描述
Position Specification
教育背景：机械/电气专业本科学历。
工作经验和能力要求：
1.至少7年机床行业经验或者机床维修经验。
2. 良好的实际维修经验，熟练掌握机床结构和动作原理，能精准判断分析故障方向。
3. 熟练操作FANUC系统
4.良好的沟通能力，沟通积极主动有耐心
5.机械/电气维修能力均衡
