* 招募汽车行业人才，并在整个招聘周期中担任主要联系人角色。
* 建立和维护与潜在技术顾问的关系，为他们提供机会。
* 通过践行我们的筛选机制评估候选人的经验和潜在机会，将候选人的期待和兴趣与合适的职业相匹配。
* 了解我们客户的业务和IT策略，以及他们独特的技术和文化环境，使潜在技术顾问的职业目标与客户的招聘需求最匹配。
* 代表公司与潜在技术顾问确认薪酬待遇（工资、福利等），以吸引和匹配潜在技术顾问来满足不同客户的需求。
