Job Responsibilities：

1. New product quotation: Understand customers’ technical requirements, do technical feasibility analysis, create initial product specifications, initial test specifications and product project cost.

2. Be responsible for setup of detailed technical specifications，testing specification
负责建立详细的技术规范,测试规范
3. Be responsible for 3D/2D design, relevant designing calculation and CAE analysis;
负责3D/2D 设计，设计和计算以及CAE分析
4. Be responsible for technical communications with customer and suppliers
负责和客户和供应商的技术交流
5. Be responsible for complete DFMEA, DVP, EBOM,CC/SC etc.
负责DFMEA, DVP, EBOM,CC/SC 等
6. Be responsible for product design review
负责产品设计评审
7. support sample build
支持样品制作
8. Be responsible for analyzing failed prototype samples and DV samples and taking improving measurements
负责失效样品的分析以及改进措施实施
9. Be responsible for approving suppliers’ components
负责供应商的零件认可
10. Be responsible for submitting OTS samples and reports to customers
负责OTS 交样和客户报告的提交
11. cooperate with customers to finish product approval
和客户协调和沟通完成产品认可

12. Be responsible for product design change
负责工程更改
13. Technical improvement of massive production

Job Requirements：
1.Education level:
教育程度: 大学本科以上(含本科)学历,机械,机电,材料,汽车等相关专业
Bachelor’s degree and above (bachelor included), majoring in mechanics, electro mechanics, material, automotive etc.

2.Work experience:
工作经验: 3年以上汽车行业, 具有四门锁，尾门锁、后盖拉手，等产品的设计经验。具有管理经验
More than 3 years design experience in automotive industry with door handle, or lockset; Must have team management experience.

3. Key knowledge and skills:
具备扎实的机械理论知识 (如: 机械设计,机械原理,材料力学,工程力学等)
Possess strong mechanical theory knowledge(i.e. mechanical designing, mechanics of material, mechanics of project)
具有汽车行业产品开发设计经验
Possess development & design experience in vehicle industry
熟练使用Catia或UG软件
Skilled in Catia or UG software
具备良好的GD&T知识
Possess good GD&T knowledge
具备分析及解决问题的能力 (思路要清晰)
Possess analyzing and solving abilities(clear-minded)
良好的自我管理能力
Good self-controlling ability
熟悉TS16949质量体系知识
Familiar with TS 16949 quality system knowledge
4. Foreign Language ability
外语能力:
良好的英语听说读写译能力；
Fluent listening, speaking ,reading, writing and interpreting of English.
