Job Description:
1. Work on supply planning based on inventory, forecast demand and safety stock;
2. Monitor materials supply situation, identify supply bottlenecks and manage shortage;
3. Purchase order placement to suppliers;
4. Check all order confirmations/invoices issued by suppliers and follow up all orders to ensure 5. accurate PO based on price regulation, lead time and delivery requirements;
5. Communicate with the suppliers to ensure the on-time delivery and maintain the purchase order status timely;
6. Arrange the premium delivery in line with the application with approval;
7. Complain to suppliers for delivery problems including lead time, packing & over/short delivery;
8. Manage the communication with related parties for Vendor Master Data changes;
9. Collect, analyze, and provide monthly reports on performance of supply planning.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field;
2. Experience on materials management for 3 years or above;
3. Carefulness, persistent, and diligent; willing to do basic and repeated assignments;
4. A great team player, motivated by a burning desire to help people;
5. High sense of responsibilities and enthusiasm for work.
6. Fluent English both in writing and speaking.
