3. 熟悉动物模型建立过程，有肿瘤免疫相关疾病模型经验者优先，有CRO经验者优先。
4. 具有使用Excel，Prism，SPSS等软件处理数据并进行统计分析的能力。
5. 熟练检索实验相关文献资料，具有较好的英文文献阅读能力。
6. 具有较强的技术创新精神和独立工作能力，注重细节，责任心强。
7. 具有较强的承受压力及良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。

We are hiring an in vivo scientist to work as part of our in vivo team supporting preclinical drug discovery projects. Main job responsibilities include conducting animal studies under supervision, engaging in project teams for in vivo study design and execution, and study record documentation etc.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years of in vivo working experience.
2. Excellent hands-on in vivo skills, such as rat and mouse handling, continuously blood collecting, iv injection, drug administration, blood and tissue sample collection, rodent surgery etc. PK experience is a plus.
3. Strong experience in animal model development. Preferred in oncology/immunology disease models in mouse systems. CRO experience is a plus.
4. Proficient with data analysis and statistical analysis with Excel, Prism or SPSS.
5. Being skilled to retrieve relevant literature and good in reading English articles.
6. Ability to be creative and work independently, detail-oriented and a strong sense of responsibility.
7. Ability to work under pressure, good communication skills and teamwork player
8. Strong commitment to scientific and business ethics.
