Principal responsibilities
— Coordination and handling of commercial and legal matters of the projects
— Interface for commercial communication (internal/external)
— Draft, review and comment on terms and conditions of various types of contracts (E, EP, EPC, Services, Consortia, etc.) and of accompanying commercial documents.
— Prepare commercial proposal and obtain approval in accordance with company IMS procedure and minimum requirements.
— Conduct contract negotiations, control contract risks and secure company’s interests.
— Coordination and involvement of concerned departments in order to evaluate insurance concepts, fiscal/tax effects, requirements for payment securities, and personnel secondments.
— Work as SAP SD owner (sales order creation, payment plan, billing, hedging maintenance, etc.);
— Change order initiation and realisation.
— Preparation of documents for outgoing claims and against incoming claims;
— Monitor project payment, overdue, monthly exposures ;
— Handling of consortium partners
— Alert to and prevent potential contractual risks;
— Ad-hoc assignment from line manager.


Required qualifications:
— Good communication and analytical skills;
— Excellent oral and written English;
— Professional MS Office skills (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
— Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration or law ;
— 5 Years + relevant working experience in contract negotiations and contract management;
