Key responsibilities:
• Participating in the execution of transactions, including project coordination between country, industry and the third party.
• Contributing to the production of presentation materials, preparing transaction documents, conducting due diligence.
• Preparing and contributing to delivery of client presentations and interacting well formally and informally with client personnel at all levels.
• Performing financial analysis and detailed industry research.
• Providing support to senior team members on deal execution.

Qualifications:
• At least 1 years of experience from an investment bank, management consulting firm, private equity or equivalent experience.
• A well-rounded academic background from renowned university.
• Strong analytical skills and familiar with financial market data tools.
• Proactive, self-motivated with good interpersonal skill.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
