AFRY as a new common brand of ÅF Pöyry is one of the largest international power sector consulting and engineering company with about 17,000 experts working across the world to create sustainable solutions for future generations.
In line with our increasing business, we are looking for a Senior HR Operations to manage day-to-day operations of HR department in our Beijing and Shanghai offices. This position shall be based in our office in Jinan, Shandong.
Responsibilities
Senior HR Operations overseas internal HR operations, manages the employee lifecycle and ensures smooth end-to-end HR processes and procedures. The Senior HR Operations carries out responsibilities as follows:
• Recruits and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applications.
• Handles all administrative tasks for employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, development, retention and offboarding.
• Ensures of internal HR workflows as well as day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Ensures compliance with local laws and regulations and maintains up-to-date knowledge of employment related laws.
• Maintains HR data and records in compliance with the local laws and regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualification：
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field.
• At least 3-5 years relevance experience in Human Resources.
• Thorough knowledge of employment related laws and regulations.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and maintain confidentiality.
• Good team management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
