Responsibilities :
1.Set a clear roadmap for the platform/product for China
2.Seek opportunities to synergize heterogeneous technical platforms/products with alignment with BG digital heads and solution architect
3.Identify and prioritize product features/functionalities with alignment with business stakeholder, project manager and enterprise architect
4.Conduct business requirement analysis and translate into technology functional specification(in waterfall project delivery mode)
5.Take the lead of scrum to define user stories, epics, product feature backlog(in agile project delivery mode)
6.Define platform/product feature acceptance criteria
7.Provide iterative sprint planning for evolvement of product development
8.Maintain full product lifecycle perspective to balance short term feature realization and long term product rationalization
Qualification:

1.8-10 year digital product design experience in manufacturing domain
2.Prior individual contributor of business requirement analysis, product design and system engineering is must
3.Strong experience of managing in-house software development projects
4.Strong capabilities in design use cases and related user/operational activities flow based on business requirement analysis
5.Experiences managing end-to-end product lifecycle (from concept to development, and to launch)
6.Solid product sense with the ability to design product functional architecture and drive critical design decisions
7.Familiar with Agile software development approach
