Main Accountabilities:
1.Be quite familiar with the technical formulas, know the exact meanings and requirements of formulas
2.Be responsible to change the formulas from Technology department into production orders, which are easy understood, measurable and operative.
3.Understand the experiment process of new products; control the whole operation process of the new product during the trial-produce.
4.Establish the accurate process of each operation procedure
5.Be familiar with the performance of equipments, control the best function status of equipments
6.Adjust the equipment according to the products requirements, exert the capacity of equipments
7.Guide production to arrange the material flow of the workshop reasonably
8.Allocate the process link up time in the workshop
9.Give instructions to the operators in production process when necessary
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree(or above) in Chemistry
• Minimum 3 years comprehensive experiences in the area of R&D, production etc. in the chemical industry
• Managerial experience is preferred
• Good analytical ability
• Teamwork Spirit

盛威科（上海）油墨有限公司，系盛威科集团全资子公司，2005年底全资收购位于上海莘庄工业区的锡克拜（上海）油墨有限公司而成立. 盛威科（上海）现有员工250余名，年生产能力达5000吨，重点生产适合于烟包，食品和饮料包装的各种水性和溶剂性油墨；适合于软包装的醇溶性油墨，uv油墨及相关产品。为了让中国消费者真正享受到“绿色环保”的包装产品，我们正在中国大力推广低voc的无苯油墨，水性油墨和uv油墨产品。
