Senior NPI Engineer
Job Description:
1. Lead cross-functional activities in each stage of verification build for overall operational readiness.
2. Implementation schedules and validation plans prior to any verification build
3. Drive project technical and operational issues solving regarding to material, process, fixtures, equipment etc. during NPI phase
4. Collaborate with Engineering/Quality/ Operation teams in improving manufacturing process
5. Enable delivery of a mature product and manufacturing process into Mass production
6. NPI report/process review with management team
7. Compliance with system standards including IATF16949, ESD S20.20, ISO14001& 45001 and so on.
8. Coordinate to collect the cost or investment information in the quotation phase.
9. Coordinate and launch the engineering change into the operation.

Job Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
3. Excellent project management skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Automotive industry experience is preferred.
2. APQP knowledge
3. PMP certificate holder is a plus
4. Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, SAP, PDM etc.)
5. Excellent communication skill as well as teamwork
