工作职责
• Regularly collect and organize popular trends, propose design proposals for each season based on brand product positioning, integrate product style, product design structure, color and pattern usage;
• According to international trends and market demand, propose seasonal theme ideas, set colors and basic fabrics;
• Influence strategy for product area, providing recommendations regarding seasonal themes and edits to line, ensuring product meets business and customer needs;
• In cooperation with Global Designer constantly improving the category; Pinpoint and enhance weaknesses in the products;
• Attend development products, provide proactive and focused input to ensure production processes run smoothly;
• Partner with Production and Pattern Maker to create tech packs and communicate vision behind fit and product design, ensuring execution, quality, and desired margin targets are achieved.
• Work closely with Teamhead of design, Product Line Manager and Development team to create and execute innovative apparel design/collection based on Global creative direction.
任职资格
• University degree in Design
• At least 5-8 years of work experience of designing for one or more leading fashion brand;
• Versatile designer who has experience designing products across Bag’s or shoes products;
• Professional experience working in team environment, ability to function autonomously as well as in a cooperative, diverse group;
• Professional working experience with 3D Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
• Tremendous attention to detail and extraordinary time-management skills;
• Key account concept and end-consumer understanding within the Chinese market;
• Vertical mindset;Strategic and creative thinking, strong initiative, passionate about product;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;Fluent in Mandarin and English.
