岗位概述：
1. 负责对接大型国际/本地经纪人渠道；
Responsible for connecting large international/local broker channels;
2. 处理大型国际/本地经纪人询价业务，积极挖掘新业务增长；
Deal with large international/local broker inquiry business, actively explore new business growth;
3. 维护已有的渠道关系，并进行一定的业务拓展，能完成对应的业务指标。
Maintain the relationship with the cooperate channels and expand business, able to complete corresponding business indicators.
4. 负责处理业务的中后台事务如再保对账、结算及与各渠道的日常事务对接；负责团队内部数据的统计分析。
Responsible for handling the middle and back office affairs for the business, like reinsurance reconciliation、and routine works with cooperate channels; responsible for the SHBD team daily data analysis.
岗位要求：
1. 具备财产险领域工作经验，较强的财产险专业背景；
Working experience in property insurance，strong professional background in property insurance;
2. 具备良好的沟通和学习能力；
Good communication and learning skills;
3. 谦虚好学，同时有较强的的进取心及上进心；
Modest and studious, with strong initiative and ambition;
4.能换位思考，可与内部承保理赔部和外部（经纪人和代理人或直接客户）进行良好的沟通协作；
Perspective-taking, have good communication and cooperation with internal underwriting and claims department and external (brokers and agents or direct customers);
5. 有较强的责任心及执行力；
Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.
6. 有较好的社会合作关系。
Good social cooperation relations.
