岗位职责
· 负责对应公司产品的市场策略和战略规划；
· 与市场团队合作，使产品组价值***化，提升品牌的市场知名度和忠诚度；；
· 与销售、商务、医学、培训、市场准入部等内部和外部合作伙伴一起合作,确保整体业务目标的实现；
· 对销售团队进行产品知识培训和评估；
· 策划创新的学术活动，并与销售团队紧密合作、执行产品策略；
· 参与所有市场项目的执行。
任职资质
· 本科及以上学历，医药/生物等相关专业；
· 5年以上在中国医药行业的跨国企业销售/市场工作经验，至少2年以上市场管理经验；
· 具有较强的商业敏锐性，能够制定策略并跟进，以市场和客户为导向；
· 高度敬业，自我激励，优秀的沟通能力；
· 优秀的英文听说读写能力。
