Responsibility
1.Ensure all technical aspects of the product development, maintenance and roll out are carried out as per the agreed timings, with any issues or risks clearly highlighted to line manager in a timely manner.
2.Develop and drive team strategy and prioritization of activities in alignment with business partners & plans
3.Liaise with the cross functional internal and external team to ensure technical milestones are met
4.Ensure all relevant product specifications and internal documentation is in place and fully approved prior to full production start-up
5.Line management of two or more Assistants / Associates
6.To be consumer minded and have an understanding of behaviour across the different regions and translate this learning into product design and development
7.Be aware, accountable and follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) rules & regulations.
8.Enforce quality mind & awareness for working in area by following documented procedures & follow good documentation practice.
9.Be aware, accountable for safety, health and environment in workplace all time to ensure free-accident and good environment area of working.

Qualification:
1.Good degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
2.Relevant experience within product development role within FMCG environment.
3.Specific knowledge and experience of underpinning Durex technologies an advantage, as is medical device development experience
4.Knowledge of ISO13485 & ISO14971 essential
5.A minimum of 5 years experience
