As a Sales Technical Support Engineer for Process Automation Business Area in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, China, you will be responsible for facilitating deal close by conducting customer demos, performing sample analysis, and participating in sales processes as required.
Your responsibilities
Coordinating with the sales team in M&S for FTIR/FTNIR
Providing technical and service support for the sales team and partners
Producing sales tools and collect the competition information to support sales activities
Providing the site service and technical support-related work for FTIR/FTNIR products.
Implementing troubleshooting by phone or on-site
Your background
Bachelor or above degree, at least 3 years relevant experience in Chemistry, physics, optics, automation, instrument, electrical engineering
Preferred with experience in FTIR/FTNIR operation
High work enthusiasm, good communication skills, good physical condition, good team player
Ability to work under challenge and pressure, adaptable for frequent business travel
Good English for listening and speaking
Consider lowering the academic requirement with sophisticated experience in FTIR/FTNIR
