Major Responsibilities:
1.Design and periodically review procurement process in accordance with company guidelines. Ensure all relevant parties understand policy and execute process accordingly.
2.Responsible for RFQ,manage planning and tracking of procurement activities.
3.Support for negotiating with suppliers of price,terms and conditions.
4.Ensure identification, investigation, and selection of appropriate suppliers (focusing on quality, delivery, cost and sustainability) in accordance with Company policies. Support for the negotiation and signing of frame agreements with suppliers.
5.Responsible for new suppliers identification and creation in accordance with company guidelines. Oversees supplier performance (on time delivery, quality, lead time),regularly run supplier evaluations.
6.Responsible for cost data collection and analysis to reach financial target
7 Support global sourcing initiative s a s required
Key Competencies:
1. Bachelor and above degree; major in procurement management
2.At least 3years’ experience in the procurement field
3.Good negotiation and communication skills
4.Proactive and analytical ability
5. Good MS Office skills
6.Fluent in Mandarin and English
