职责描述：
公司地址在闵行区都会路1951弄11号
工作地点常驻浦东外高桥船厂附近
Provide professional service and support for Cavotec customers by performing field service troubleshooting, installation, repairs and maintenance.
1. Determine causes of operating errors and provide maintenance troubleshooting and problem solving in a timely and efficient manner, empowering customer satisfaction.
2. Build customer relationship in a professional manner through solution-oriented communications and service, providing both on-site and telephone support.
3. Coordinate with engineering, project management, spare parts and management groups to resolve escalated problems.
4. Provide written service & expense reports to the Service Manager on all activities carried out on site and complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
5. Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures at all times. Develop and maintain safe habits and practices with regard to safety requirements on site and report any breaches or concerns on health and safety matters to the Service Manager.
6. Assist the parts department with recommended spare parts to existing and new customers
7. Contribute hitting company's service sales targets’
8. Well knowledge about converter and its control logic. Complete commissioning on site independently. （Electrical Engineer）

1. Engineering degree or equivalent background required
2. Proven maintenance hands-on experience on electro-mechanical equipment
3. Worked in a multicultural environment
4. Strong interpersonal skills
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Fluent in English
