职责描述：
•Responsible for the planning graph of new items and the improvement of workshop layout •Responsible for the project scheduling of purchasing new welding equipment, stamping equipment and specific equipment; providing efforts to investment plan
•Responsible for the implementation of ME process; filling relevant form and the communication with ME Department
•Supporting the process optimization of welding equipment
•Project management in purchasing equipment and the acceptance
•Understanding the environmental factors and hazards within the position
•Responsible for project launch in plant， coordinate and lead launch team
•Responsible for new equipment RFQ ,COC, function check, trial run, performance test ,final acceptance, document control according ME work flow.
•Organize VSM/VSA in plant.
•Plant layout update and improvement with logistic department
•Responsible for fixture/equipment design and supplier management.
•Support ME for A project.
•Capacity planning and check for all equipment
•Continuously improvement
任职要求：
•Holding a minimum of five years working experiences in automotive manufacturing company and familiar with automatic welding equipment
•Experience in ARC welding ,SPOT welding , preferred in laser cutting machine, tox ,riveting process
•Experience in galvanized material welding ,aluminum material welding, Axle parts experience.
•Knowledge of Fanuc robot , Fronius welding(CMT), Siemens PLC
•Preferred knowledge of optical system and waxing process.
•Making good command of CAD and 3D design software
•Making good command of written English and spoken English Holding experience of fixture design and adjust will be preferred
•Holding a bachelor degree or above with the major in welding or electrical automation
