Job Accountabilities:
1. Daily communication with customer, able to follow up on sampling, pricing, order placement, quality control and shipping arrangement effectively by considering customer’s requirements and supplier’s resources.
2. Involve from time to time in product development and supplier sourcing for the team’s customer to maintain business competitiveness.
3. Keep abreast of market trend by material sourcing for proactive offer.
4. Vendor strategy in evaluating both existing and new suppliers.
5. Work closely with other departments such as Quality Control and Shipping for updating the quality standard and shipment status.
6. Manage production and delivery schedule with suppliers.


Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in merchandising field of Jewelry & Bags.
2. Good product knowledge in Jewelry & Bags and bargaining technique; able to handle product development and follow up independently.
3. Good network with factories and suppliers in Mainland China.
4. Fluency in both written and spoken English.
5. Negotiation skill, good interpersonal & communication skill and customer-focused.
6. Proactive, sensible, deadline conscious, adaptive, responsible, well-organized and attention to details characteristics.
