MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Assist in preparation of tax computations, file tax returns and other tax compliance matters;
2.Undertake research of relevant tax rules and practice, and document the results;
3.Assist in tax consulting project (including indirect taxes and compliance), draft and prepare reports, presentations and other deliverables related to projects
4.Help communicate with client legal counsel or finance team to provide regulatory and tax advice;
5.Help perform tax due diligence on transactions and advise on investment structuring for both private equity and corporate clients
6.Help advise on tax considerations in individual tax efficiency planning.

CORE COMPETENCE：

1.Bachelor's degree or above in tax, accounting, finance, law or other related disciplines
2.Professional accounting qualification or PRC registered tax agent or lawyer is a plus
3.At least 3-year working experience in tax/finance function
4.Good understanding of tax policies, rules and regulationsStrong analytical and highly commitment to quality client service
5.Be mature, proactive, motivated with strong sense of teamwork
6.Good sense of business, consultation skills, communication skills, self-initiation, teamwork spirit and willingness to work under pressure
7.Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills
8.Spoken French will be an added advantage
