ABOUT POSITION
Department: Merchandising& Planning Report Line: Manager, eCommerce Planning

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
E-commerce Pre-season Planning
• Support E-commerce planning manager on OTB planning based on financial target and history including SOB/discount%/ST% etc.
• Provide new season buy sales analysis on benchmarks and collaboration with channel merchant on assortment & buy depth of each new season buy for both Inline & Event buy.
• Order size curve management and demand flow plan based on sales plan, merchandising calendar and product lifecycle.
• Support on buy review data template and presentation deck.
E-commerce In-Season Planning
• Lead the in-season ecommerce campaign assortment plan, including products mix plan, slow moving products’ inventory liquidation, discount pricing strategy etc.;
• Closely track sales trends, excess opportunities and react accordingly;
• Provide clear channel rolling forecast. Recognize the risk of sales and inventory by product level;
• Maximize the inventory efficiency, provide recommendation of inventory transfer.
• Provide the discount plan for EC channel regarding the sales performance and inventory status.
• Lead EC merchandising reporting by product level. Make sure the reports keep optimized with the developing business demand.

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITES)
• Demonstrated track record of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills to facilitate data analysis and critical problem solving.
• Proven experience on merchandising planning for both pre-season and in-season.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, utilize resources effectively and drive for results in a fast paced, growth environment;
• Strong knowledge and experience of the problem-solving process and its application in addressing critical business issues;
• Established ability to build and maintain effective working relationships to drive collaboration, teamwork and business results;
• Result-oriented, decisive and work efficiently. Proactive and positive personality.
• Fluent in English.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• 3 years of planning experience, at least 1 year on e-commerce.
• Bachelor’s Degree or above
