Key Tasks 主要职责:
1. Continuously identify consumers, customers, channels and market insights and trends. Translate these into solutions & actions for customers following product & channel strategy.
挖掘并整理渠道相关的消费者洞察,市场趋势,行业资讯,遵循产品和渠道策略,将其转化为针对客户的解决方案和推广行动。
2. Support to organize customers activities such as events, seminars, CIDs, Tours, 1-to-1 visits, in line with Group Taste Tomorrow resources.
以焙乐道集团的品·未来消费者调研资源为基础,协助组织各类客户营销活动,例如:发布会,研讨会,产品创新日,客户游,一对一拜访等。
3. Roll out product launches in channel: pre-launch exercise, launching activities, post launch analysis, and support to gather customer feedbacks/insights.
协助新品在渠道上市:上市前的客户及市场调研,各类上市活动,上市后分析及跟进。
4. Support Channel Director in the implementation of the Channel Strategies & sales process. Business analytics and come out with dedicated actions.
支持渠道总监执行渠道销售策略,并对渠道销售表现进行数据分析,提出行动建议。
5. Exchange best practices within the company, leverage global new wins from group and share locally在公司分享各渠道成功案例,并收集整合集团总部的优秀案例进行本土化分享。
6. Work closely with sales team to come out with business proposal and product solutions.
与销售团队紧密合作,制定针对不同客户的商务提案与产品营销方案。
Requirements 岗位要求:
• Education: Bachelor or above preferably in marketing, advertising or business intelligence
教育背景:本科或以上学历,教育背景最好是市场营销,广告或工商管理。
• Experience: At least 2 years marketing experience in food industry related,prior in trade marketing or retail chains .
工作经验:2年以上B2C或B2B食品行业相关市场营销经验,有通路市场营销或连锁零售品牌工作经验尤佳。
• Technical knowledge/skill: Good command of MS office esp. PowerPoint and Excel, excellent ability of copywriting and good presentation skill.
专业技能:熟练使用Office软件,尤其是PowerPoint及Excel,熟练的文稿撰写与宣讲能力。
• Language: Fluent in Mandarin. Fluent English is better
语言能力:流利普通话;流利英文更好。;。
• Soft skill: Good communication skill,accountability and good strategic thinking and. Creative, open-minded, willing to travel.
软性技能: 良好的沟通协作能力、强烈的工作责任心及策略性思考能力;富有创意、头脑开放、接受出差。
