Responsibilities：
- Propose innovative concepts according to design goals
- Analyze the feasibility and complexity of the design tasks on model level
- Making and executing WBS and timing plan for own working area
- Design on model level to achieve defined design goals
- Create design validation matrix for testing.
- Create new test method for validation with internal or external lab.
- Analysis data from test result, make conclusion and optimize design.
- Complete key design tasks and documents, including DGD / FEMA / tolerance study…
- Finish TFC / PPAP with purchasing and quality team
- Complete other the works arranged by department manager
Requirements：
- Knowledge of mechanical design, including Theoretical mechanics, Materials, Heat treatment, coating…
- Knowledge of tolerance stack analysis
- Familiar with the design of at least two types of parts: machining, stamping, cold heading, casting, injecting.
- Basic knowledge of Motion mechanism design, including Motor, Transmission system…
- Basic knowledge of project management will be a plus.
