国内销售助理非外贸岗位，英语口语流利，精通Excel

1.Assist sales representatives with the creation, filing, passing- or receipt of quotations, datasheets, post-mailings, visit reports, documents and samples, etc.
协助销售代表（内销）创建、归档、传递或接收报价、数据表、邮寄、访问报告、文件和样品等；
2.Assist sales representatives in the bidding process; prepare bidding books, maintain of on-line bidding platforms, etc.
协助销售代表进行投标过程；准备投标书，维护在线投标平台等；
3.Maintain monthly- and quarterly reports; record sales- and activity data for the calculation of related KPIs; keep the minutes of the salesmen’s quarterly meetings, etc.
维护月度和季度报告；记录销售和活动数据，用于计算相关KPI；保存销售人员季度会议记录等；
4.Processing of reimbursements; issuing of agent authorizations; adjusting master-data in the SAP customer database on behalf of the salesmen, translation, etc.

5.Assist the sales representatives in the sales process.
协助销售代表完成销售流程；
6.Assist the sales director with general administrative works, necessary to manage the sales department.

职位要求：
1.Bachelor graduate or above, major in English is advantage.
本科或以上，英语专业优先；
2.At least 3 years related experience.
三年以上相关工作经验；
3.Good command of both spoken and written English.
英语口语、及书写流利；
4.Be good at Windows and MS office, especially excel.
熟悉Windows及Office 软件，精通excel，尤其是数据透视表；
5.Swiftness- and accuracy of the work being performed.
工作的快速性和准确性。
