- Handle export sea freight documentation
- Organize the customs clearance doc. to Customs broker
- Send the HB/L draft to shipper for confirmation
- Revise the HB/L after receiving the confirmation from shipper and print out
- Confirm MB/L of shipping lines
- Key relative data into Riege system
- Invoice to overseas and clients and local partners
- Prepare MB/L confirmation/BL combination/Seaway instruction to OP team
- Input data in system and send HB/L draft
- Check for on-board status inform C/S for shpt delay/offload if any
- Input data in system for invoice to client/overseas agent&cost reserve, send original invoice and copy of invoice to client for payment
- Amend HB/L in system as per request of client, issue original/surrendered HB/L according to shipper’s instruction
- Send pre-alert&relevant shipping docus to overseas agent timely
- Release HB/L to client against payment

任职要求
- College graduate or above
- More than 1 years working experience in international freight forwarders
- Good English skills, CET-4 is preferred
- Good computer skills(MS office software)
