We are seeking an experienced, high caliber candidate to join our fast developing Financial Advisory Service department in China. The position will be based in Shanghai, although the role is likely to involve travel throughout China and overseas.

Our FAS department specializes in both Transaction Support services (Due Diligence, valuation, financial modelling etc.) and Corporate Finance services (advisory on M&A and fund raising). We are seeing a fast increase in market opportunity and demand of FAS work. Our FAS business has also been growing substantially in recently years with a strong focus on cross-border M&A activities.

Requirements:

 At least 4 years’ experience specifically in international accountancy firms, corporate finance boutique or M&A house , with a focus on due diligence or transaction advisory services
 University graduates with recognized professional qualifications such as CICPA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA…
 Analytical mindset with good commercial sense and business experience
 Strong financial modelling and valuation skill
 Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese and keep good client relationship
 Ability to work independently and as a team member in a challenging environment
 Experience of managing a team, responsible and dedicated to work under high pressure
 Strong organization skill, problem solving ability and leadership are the advantaged personal
attributes for this position
 Strong connection/network and ability to develop and generate new business
 A self starter capable of contributing actively to a growing team
 Good report writing skills in English and Chinese


We therefore are keen to expand our FAS team to facilitate the further growth of our FAS business. The candidate will be given the opportunity to lead and manage the transaction work including both transaction support and advisory nature. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong track record in undertaking FAS business and have experience of managing FAS projects.
