Responsibilities 岗位职责
1. Responsible for customer logistics service management, including logistics plan design, modification, improvement…
负责客户物流服务管理,包括物流方案设计、修改与提升等
2. Lead customer logistics solution discussion and provide customized solution, including but not limited to: material box selection, technical system configuration, shelf selection, storage area planning, label format formulation, logistics solution selection, operation process definition, etc
主导客户物流方案讨论,根据客户要求和实际情况制定专属物流解决方案,包括但不限于:料盒的选择、技术系统配置、货架的选择、仓储区域规划、标签格式制定、物流方案选择、操作流程定义等
3. Choose the suitable supplier to provide customers with high quality service according to the project requirements
根据物流项目要求,选择合适的供应商,为客户提供高质量的服务
4. Update logistics plan timely according to the actual operation of customers, guide the Sales Assistant and Kanban team’s operation
根据客户实际运行情况适时更新物流方案,并指导现场销售助理、看板管理员具体操作
5. Improve customer logistics service standardization plan, including standardized material boxes, shelves, labels, technical configuration, site layout, distribution plan, operation facilities, advertising, etc
完善客户物流服务的标准化方案,包括标准化的料盒、货架、标签、技术配置、现场布置、配送方案、操作设施、广告宣传等
6. Support to update logistics application equipment and software
支持物流服务应用设备和软件的更新
7. Analyse data and adjust safety stock level with related Sales and Sales Assistant timelessly
及时与相关销售及销售助理分析数据、调整安全库存水平
8. Communicate and cooperate with related person to improve customer satisfaction
与相关人员积极沟通配合,提高客户满意度
9. Put forward reasonable suggestions or plan according to the actual work situation, and promote the realization of the project
根据实际工作状况,提出合理化建议或方案,并推进方案达成
10. Check and amend the customer logistics plan regularly, solve the customer complaint timely
定期进行客户物流方案检查,及时查漏补缺,解决客户抱怨
11. Provide training to customers, suppliers, colleagues to facilitate the smooth operation of logistics solutions
为客户、供应商、公司同事提供培训,以推进物流方案顺畅运行
12. Cooperate with other departments to communicate logistics service plan and target to related personnel
跨部门合作,将物流服务方案和目标传达给相关人员
13. Promote the development of Kanban and C-Parts Management in China
推动Kanban和C-Parts管理服务在中国区域的发展
14. Complete other tasks assigned by superior
完成上级交办的其他工作
Qualifications 职位要求:
1. College degree or above, major in supply chain management is preferred
大专及以上教育水平,供应链管理相关专业优先
2. Familiar with C-Parts management process and SAP system
了解C-Parts管理流程,熟悉SAP系统
3. Integrity, patient, responsible and result-oriented
诚信、耐心、有责任心、以结果为导向
4. Be responsive, clear logic and organized
反应敏捷、逻辑清晰、条理分明
5. Good customer service awareness, good teamwork spirit and communication skills
具备良好的客户服务意识,良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力
Skills/Personal Profile 技能要求
1. Good command of English in both writing and oral, and good computer literacy in English office environment.
较好的英语书面与口语能力,以及熟练使用英文办公软件
2. Familiar / High interest with customer logistics service operation
熟悉或有兴趣学习客户现场物流服务操作
3. Have ability of on-site demonstration
具备一定现场演示能力
4. High interest in IT processes / Ability to set up an IT network is a plus, great understanding for cooperation with IT department
对IT流程有较高的兴趣,能建立IT网络者优先,对与IT部门的合作有很好的理解
5. Analytical and project management abilities
具备分析和项目管理能力
