Main Responsibilities:
Ø Work with Other function team to clarify the details of inbound and outbound instructions, and accurately convey the information to 3PL warehouse.
Ø Stock management, ensure the physical inventory is consistent with 3PL warehouse inventory and SAP inventory.
Ø Track the Kitting/De-Kitting process and other VAS and be able to detect anomalies in time and follow up to solve them before sales order.
Ø Save and keep IPE (Internal Process Evidence) documents under control all process within SOX requirement.
Ø Review and appraise the operational performance via KPI.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree above
2) working experience in Customer service FMCG
3) Transportation operations/3PL warehouse management or similar preferred
4) Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead discussions of cross functional teams
5) Good English in both spoken and written.
6) Excellent analytical skills & MS office
7) Knowledge of SAP ECC is an advantage.
