1. Take the role as Trainee to learn Contract Logistics Knowledge, go through all the relevant functions and finding the suitable direction afterward with discussion.
2. Try learning and fulfil customer’s order management per SOP. Keep good relation and comunication with customer to meet customer’s requirements.
3. Tracking and tracing the whole project process, record KPI to meet customer’s satisfaction.
4. Solve complaint and abnormal case, raise the situation to superior.
5. Coordinate with internal departments and external subcontractors.
6. Update inventory, inbound,outbound,KPI report to customer per SOP.
7. Monthly billing report preparation and check cost from subcontractors; input income and cost into financial system 100% accuracy.
8. Help to find suitable solution according to the project’s request as project management role development.
9. Collect and analyse data from customer and supplier.
10. Prepare the presentation of the bidding.
11. Provide support to other colleagues for project implementation.
12. Other tasks / duties assigned by superior

岗位要求：
1. College Degree or above
2. 3-4 Years experience of working on logistics field, mainly cover import & export logistics, warehouse both bonded and non bonded, trucking
3.Good on communication in English
4.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, OUTLOOK
5. Good personality to deal with customer and supplier
6. Result oriented and on time task management
