1， Be responsible for technical solution summary and output, technical presentation delivery to customer and business partners. 2， Assist Area Sales Manager to serve key customers planned by company. Proactively contacting clients to maintain a consistent high level or service delivery, whilst helping sales to indentify further new business opportunities.

3， Training customers on how to use instruments and software, well demonstrating demo machine and get high recognition from customers

4， Providing technical support and troubleshooting instruments and software through on-line or on-site service

5， Performing installations, validation (IQ/OQ), preventative maintenance, and repair services at customer sites

6， Making suggestions for product improvements based on customer feedback and assisting with new instrument and software testing

7， Weekly report and plan, technical service and demo training report, application notes summary, regular communciation with oversea branches to update technical materials

8, Internal training to colleagues to realize team work within company

9, Willingness and ability to travel, overseas training opportunity

任职资格：

1.Bachelor's degree, Master or PhD preferred in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, Marine Sciences, or other relevant disciplines

2.We are searching for an Technical Specialist with plenty of experiences in fluid particle field, including solid knowledge and understanding on protein science, aquatics, materials etc.

3.3-5 years experience in a scientific, laboratory, or technical role Prior technical consultant and product service role is a plus

4.Familiar with Sell Analysis or Fluid Microscopy.

5.Prefer possessing relevant instruments experience. 

6.Fluent at English or Japanese speaking and presentation

7.Excellent written and verbal communication skills

8.Analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills

9.Proficient with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office

10.Familiarity with Salesforce systems and customer support software
