Responsibilities:
1.Support to corporate services such as enterprise incorporation and liquidation; corporate secretarial services and translation etc.
2.Involve in reviewing the routine and non-routine assignments performed by the team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency of work delivered
3.Commitment to excellent client service and an ability to interact and work effectively with clients and colleagues of all levels
4.Handle client relationships and ongoing management of new / existing clients
5.Other adhoc tasks assigned by line manager
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above majoring in Legal, English or administration
2.CET 4, TEM 4 or equivalent level, good written and oral English skill
3.Good in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
4.Knowledge of company law, foreign investment law,enterprise incorporation and liquidation procedures preferred
5.Experience in a consulting environment is a definite advantage
6.About 1+ years working experience in related areas, similar working experiences in consulting firm or paralegal experience in foreign law firm are highly appreciated
7.Well organized, self motivated team player
8.Good analytical, problem solving, report writing and presentation skills
9.Ability to work under high pressure and adapt into dynamic working environment
