Marketing Specialist 小红书运营 (天猫运营)
1．小红书/天猫/微信小程序基础运营及日常维护(新品上架/活动配置/促销工具设置/日常换图/商品补货等基础工作)；
2．负责后台活动报名，和小二建立良好的合作关系，协调各合作平台资源，对接平台
3. 熟悉小红书网站操作模式，开拓、对接、筛选小红书平台达人资源，整理达人数据，定位达人风格，匹配与品牌度较高的博主, 完成KOL,KOC直播类专场合作
4．负责短视频内容的策划、制作和运营，包括选题、脚本撰写、拍摄、后期制作等;
任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历，熟悉小红书店铺运营优先；
2. 熟悉其他电商平台（淘宝天猫等主流平台）实操流程及推广经验；
3. 有运动习惯，对运动品牌有热情；
4. 参与图片素材拍摄和视频素材拍摄，有一定的短视频拍摄制作优先考虑 ；
5. 优秀的语言表达能力，主观能动性强，学习能力强，性格开朗；
