Objectives
1. In charge of Project Quality team, take responsibility of Project Quality KPI.
2. Manage project quality outputs, quality risk in the development phase, ensure quality output on time and the risk on control.
3. In charge of PPAP process, ensure project PPAP can be approved by customer on time.
Main Activities
1. Control quality risk in each development phase, highlight quality issue on the gate review meeting.
2. Manage quality control plan during each development phase, to ensure the product achieved customer requirements.
3. In charge of the gage development, and MSA analysis.
4. Leader Key Characteristics CPK study and follow up action plan.
5. Manage the customer specific requirements, to ensure the requirements had been respected.
6. Manage project open issue list, to ensure corrective action plan implementation on time.
7. Leader problem solving process and 8D report.
8. Manage PPAP package, work as windows in charge of PPAP Audit, and follow customer approval.
9. Project Quality team building and training.
Profile
Education: University/College, Degree in Bachelor degree or above
Experience: 10 years working experience in manufacturing industry or relevant mechanical/electronic manufacturing industry
Languages: Good Working English Communication (oral and written)
Profile: Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork.
Be familiar with ISO9001 or TS 1694, FMEA, SPC, MSA ,PPAP, APQP
Be knowledgeable in problem solving process, as well as 8D Report.
