职责描述：
- Coordination of quality planning and quality verification for sub-components at supplier side
负责供应商质量策划的协调和采购零件的质量验证
- Be responsible for visit and assessment of potential suppliers
负责潜在供应商的考察与评估
- Participate in APQP plan, Kick-off new part development plan from supplier side for sub-components
参与APQP策划，启动供应商新品开发计划
- Follow up suppliers on sub-components APQP plan and approve PPAP
跟踪供应商实施零件的APQP, 批准供应商的PPAP
- Visit supplier for on-site audit and acceptance, e.g. Run @Rate (aim: planning and quality improvment)
进行供应商访问并现场审核验收，例如 Run@Rate（目标：规划和提高质量)
- Issue 8D to supplier for nonconformity of sub-component from incoming, in process and at customer side
针对进料、生产过程和客户发现的零件不良，使用8D报告形式发起对供应商的投诉和改进。
- Monitor corrective actions relating to product quality / quality planning of supplier
监控供应商的产品质量/质量计划相关的纠正措施
- Follow up the progess at supplier in dealing with complaints, and check the effectiveness of actions at supplier side before closing the complaints
跟进供应商投诉的进展情况，并结束投诉，确认行动有效性
- Be responsible for issuing claim cost to supplier related to quality issues of sub-components
就供应商零件质量问题导致的费用，发起索赔处理。
- Annual audit to supplier and drive continuous improvement at supplier side
供应商年度审核和推动持续改善
- Follow up monthly performance assessment of suppliers
跟踪供应商月度绩效考核

岗位要求：
Critical Competency 关键的能力
- Solid knowledge on IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and Sampling inspection
熟悉IATF16949，APQP，PPAP，FMEA，MSA，SPC和抽样检验
- VDA6.3 auditor training experience or auditor certificate. Experiences of auditing suppliers independently
VDA6.3 过程审核的培训经历或审核员资质，独立审核供应商的经验
- Knowledge on drawing reading, geometric tolerances, measuring theory & method
了解图纸阅读，几何公差，测量理论和方法
- Good communication and coordination skill in English
良好的英语沟通和协调能力
- Can work under pressure and travel frequently
能够在压力和协作中工作

Required Education & Experience 教育背景及工作经验
- Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上学历
- 5+ years experience in supplier Quality Management or Quality Assurance in automotive industry
至少5年以上汽车行业供应商质量管理经验或质量保证管理经验。
- Knowledge on manufacturing and quality control of plastic and rubber parts is preferred
熟悉塑料件和橡胶件的制造和质量管理优先考虑
- Knowledge on manufacturing and quaity control on cooler is preferred
熟悉中冷器生产制造，质量管理的优先考虑
